Older girls at my school were always fancying my big brother. Mind he was handsome. Still is I suppose at 68.

One used to ask me to take letters to him. He annoyed me one day so I read one :-D :-D :-D

Yes Von...am labelling mine as I-load them. I have one of my grandad inWW1 sitting on a donkey :-0 :-0.

When I wrote to Black Watch Museum....a Mr Smythe the Archivist found a pic of him taken in1906 with his regiment. I gave it to my Dad on his 75th birthday

My Mum said that all her WRAF friends thought that my Dad looked like Prince Philip :-D

Yes that's very wise Von.
I have some photos after my Great Aunt and I have no idea who they are.

Some I was able to work out cos of GR. I even managed to contact descendants of a few of them.

My youngest son had a fan club when he was at school in the 6th form.

The girls used to phone up when he was absent asking if he was ok ;-) ;-)

I was a very popular teacher for a while ;-) ;-) ;-)

I need to put mine in an album with labels cos my children won't have a clue who's who.

I have quite a few of my mum when she was nursing with her friends. many out on a roof somewhere sun bathing :-D

My OH found his Dad's army ones when he was in Egypt in WW2

I think Iwill have to tidy a few of these up Von, really old album...whichDad for whatever reason had ripped out photos and even cut around the ones that were too glued in, my mum would have gone nuts

A posh friend of mine used to use fabric conditioner on her hair. I tried it. It isn't too bad if you have run out of the proper stuff :-D

The photo I showed you of my Mum at 17 was from a small old battered photo that I had restored a few years before my Mum died. She was chuffed with the result
