purple numbers

I have several names with purple numbers suggesting a tree link, but when I click on it it changes to another screen that tells me there are no links. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong ?

I think it's the way Genes works, nothing you are doing wrong.

When you go to your Tree it opens in a separate window. Then when you click on the purple number next to someone's name and it gives you a box that says "You have so many tree matches and a button that says View".

If you click on View it appears as if nothing has happened but you need to go back to the Genes window that you had open first and the matches will be there.

Hope this makes sense.
