Think all of us who stayed sandwiches used bread wrappers to keep them fresh.

My Grandma was 27 when she died of TB, my dad was in hospital with TB for nearly a year...we missed him so much :-( :-(

Must have worried my parents. My sister slept in their bed and mum and dad took turns sleeping in her bed in our bedroom so I had someone with me all the time.

I remember my mum saving the bread wrappers for wrapping sandwiches...it’s funny the things you forget :-D :-D

The Darlinks don’t have sugar on anything...they don’t drink any fizzy drinks., butPrince has a love of salt...and has to be watched at mealtimes

I remember when Heinz Sandwich Spread came out. I used to like that.
And it makes a nice dressing for potato salad

There were some really bad stuff about then :-(
My Uncle died of TB at 18. My Aunt nearly died of diphtheria :-(

My OH lived at the bottom of the castle esplanade in Edinburgh. His mother used to wrap jam sandwiches in a bread wrapper and hurl them out of the window to him playing below :-D :-D :-D
