I agree with you Sue, particularly where you say 'should serve to shut up all the people who have criticised them this past week'. But sadly I don't think it will. People are writing and speaking as if they are 'in the know' with first hand information from the Queen herself.

Last night I read a few 'interpretations' of the statement and two in particular were poles apart.

Even Prince Andrew, with what he is accused of, has not been vilified like this couple. One presenter in particular has been at the forefront of the vile reporting, and sadly too many people hang on to his every word.

I just hope they can be happy.

I guess I can now enjoy my bacon and avocado butties in peace now.

Believe it or not, the best one I've ever had was in the cafe at our local T*sco when I went shopping before Christmas with an old pal. The ladies in that cafe managed to produce one that was far superior to any I've tasted in more expensive establishments.

Even my pal's wrinkled nose in disgust did not put me off! :-D

A lot of comments on here are of people's own doing nobody ask you to join in why make derogatory comments to the original poster .They are our Royal family & therefore are in a very privileged position if they court this sort of behaviour they will get talked about 're press or public don't worry last post from me on this subject Barbara
