True,the help section just sends you round and back to where you began.

However....yesterday evening the DVD I ordered arrived!!

I now have a book I did not order,have not paid for,and is not listed and is heavy so I am not anxious to pay postage!!

I will use the telephone number.

Hi Elizabeth,i use amazon a lot and sometimes things are delayed or didnt arrive,the best thing is to contact the seller direct to solve the problem,
also instead of re-ordering,after all you have paid for the item,ask for a refund and then re-order a few days later.usually the refund goes in quickly
hope this helps.its pointless looking in the help section coz sometimes you go round and round.this is the phone number should you need it. 0800 279 7234 it gets you a human not a robot.

Thanks folks

Plenty of advice on "non delivery" -contact the carrier-the carrier has delivered the box but he is not responsible for what is in it!!!!

I will reorder the DVD and then try and sort out the rest :-)

Yes the returns support centre should be where you find it in your account/your orders should be able to see the state of each item

I ordered some "stuff"(!) from Amazon which arrived yesterday,6 items all in one box.

4 of the items were correct and as ordered
1 book I did not order (which I will return)
1 DVD i ordered not there.
All items tracked as "Delivered"

Question
Does anyone know how I let Amazon know I have NOT received the DVD,I cannot find a way to contact them!!
