We spent a Christmas down under in the mid-70s with my relations, 5 sisters and their families, who had all emigrated from the UK between the late 1950s and mid-60s. |

Some still stick to the traditional meals, but barbeques, cold meats and salads are more usual, as is plenty of seafood. |

I’ll be in Australia next month and would like to know what traditions they have there on Christmas day and Boxing Day, i e, do they have Christmas pudding after dinner and cold meat, pickles, mash on Boxing Day followed by trifle? |
