Hi all, Help please if possible. I am trying to export my tree via a gedcom from Genesreunited. It does not to appear to work for me. It says that when it is ready it will send an e-mail to me, never seems to get that far. What am I doing wrong.

Welcome to the boards John.

Gedcom export not working seems to come up on a fairly regular basis.

Try emailing - [email protected]

The information can be found, hidden away under the "Site Links" heading at the bottom of this page, then under the "Press" or "T&C's" sub headings. Press shows easily - if you go in through T&C's it's item 20, the last one.

They aim to reply I believe in 3-5 working days.
