	A frequent cause of computer slow downs is pups and adware of one sort and another. Download and install malwarebytes (free) which will remove all unwanted stuff Windows 10 needs 4 GByte of memory to run properly. If your system has that much and cannot be further extended go for Windows 32 bit otherwise 64 bit and UG the RAM - it is v cheap on eBay. If you only have 2 GB of RAM extend it to at least 4 GB. The installation of Windows 10 can take ages ... be patient. Make sure yr machine is online using ethernet not wifi during the install process. good luck

	Advice please, My computer is currently running on windows 7 and it is really slow. Is it possible to download windows 10 onto it for free and how safe is it to do it.
