I just got the Error page when trying to get on the site. I clicked on the Genes logo on the error page and got in that time - but very slowly. Was also getting posts adding twice or not adding at all yesterday.

I really think this site is getting to be too much like hard work. Think we all should get an extension to the length of our subscription.

No problems at all using both 4G & free wifi.

I have noticed that those complaining about their connexions never ever give any details. Why not ?

I have had the error message today at times very slow on here and timing out.

Posting a bit of a nightmare sooooooooo slow and you never know whether to try again or how many postings will appear. :-(

I've had terrible problems today and like Island was asked to copy the link and send a screenshot. :-0

Well, it's happened again just now so I've sent a copy of the link and a screenshot of the error message as requested......over to GR :-)

Shirley I am getting the Error Page every time I try to get to my thread. Its been going on for so long now you would have thought they could have done something about it by now.

All our reporting dos'nt seem to be doing any good and I for one am getting fed up with waiting to get on the thread.
Sometimes when I have got on there there is only my post there and when I go back there have been other postings that I hav'nt seen before.

It is odd that they ask for a screen shot as it tells them nothing.
BrightSolid tech staff ( though not customer support it would seem) have access to the IIS server logs which show all connections to the server in real time and are usually used to analyse any problems. All that they need is your logon name or email - no need for password.

So either it is indifference or incompetence or some manager applyng the good 'ole 90/10 rule.
