Greetings, I am trying to make contact with Julie Danks, who I believe is the grand daughter of Frank Hillary Start, my mother's brother. My mother was Isabel Start, the youngest of the children of Frank Start Senior and his wife Elizabeth (Bessie) nee Hillary. I believe Julie Danks' second name is Elizabeth, for her great grandmother who is also my grandmother. Would very much like to make contact to share family history.

Births are closed for 100 years before the current date.
Marriages are closed for 60 years before the current date.

You could apply for a copy of Frank jnrs 1966 death certificate. If you’re lucky, it may give you enough information to trace forward. It’s possible that the cemetery can tell you who arranged the burial.
On the other hand, if Julie was still a child, it’s likely that other relatives took on the responsibility.
