Shirley I have had both my knees replaced within the last 4 years, they have been great. I can't run a marathon (not that I could ever have anyway) but I sure can get about a lot better with no pain. Go for your trip and also get the op you will not regret either <3 <3 |

The thing I will strongly advise Shirley is do your post op exercises religiously. It will be painful and I will not pretend it isn't but the healing process will be quicker and no pain no gain. The very best of luck with it and I hope all goes well for you <3 |
