ITV went down at 8.45 apparently here but it just says unavailable. Is it general?

ITV Seems to be ok on Sky - haven’t checked terrestrial.

The problem appears to be with Virgin + ITV/Channel 4.
OH reckons they haven’t paid their bill :-D :-D
