what about muff ing the Mule?

When I was about 9, one of my elder brothers (15 at the time) said to me 'Muffin the Mule isn't a criminal offence'. This, of course went right over my head, but as he regularly said things I didn't understand (like ask me 'O' level type questions, then call me thick if I didn't know the answer), I thought nothing of it.
However, I remembered what he'd said to a 9 year old me, when I was in my 20's - and gave him an earful!!

In my 30's, I lived near him. The local rag had a quiz - it said if you get 'x' number of these right, you could apply to take the Mensa test.
Well, I found out, not only had my brother done the quiz, our dad had too.
We all got similar results, and I suggested we did it - just to see.
Dad wouldn't - but, I said to my brother - 'You always said I was thick - let's see exactly how much thicker than you I am!' Red rag to a bull :-D
We both went along - and got exactly the same result!
He could no longer call me thick - 'cos if I'm thick - so is he! :-D

Something that offended apparently , to who ever it was I apologise

David just said something on the lines of 'Wasn't Jimmy Savile a member of MENSA'.

So, no mention of Jack the Ripper, Gary Glitter, Donald Trump, Harvey Weinstein, the Wests, and quite a few others! :-S

Oh, and if it was members of Mensa that offended - that means Einstein , Isaac Asimov, Clive Sinclair, and Carol Vorderman, amongst many others should NOT be mentioned!

If it is I before E except after C, how come EINSTEIN made 2 spelling mistakes in his own name ?
