When we lived in the canopy above Maddie the firework noise could be horrendous due to the lay of the land - and tw*ts who threw them off 6th floor balconies :-| :-|

My birthday is a week after Bonfire Night, so Dad always kept a few back so that we could celebrate. <3

No sight or sound of the pumpkin brigade for us again :-D Living away from the beaten track has many advantages :-D

And a very wet and windy one it is too. Been out and got a few bits and bobs, don't much fancy another trip out. Its orrible..

Last night went without any trouble re. Halloween. A few years ago we had eggs and flour thrown up our front door, for no reason at all. It was a beggar to get off, we had to soak it off with warm water. Had no idea until we left for work the next morning.
