Before I got my first Lexmark PC (ex corporate) I used to watch a lot of TV and record

any films or documentaries etc on to video tape using the code number keyed into my TV and recorder through the remote control.

I can no longer do that. It's DVD's these days and I can't find the numbers.
Things changed and I obviously missed the how to do the new. :-S
