No it's genetics - OH is slim, I've known him 48 yrs and he's put 1 inch on his waist in all that time - remember he can't do much because of his back. |

We have our ex nextdoor neighbours next month. They will be going to a hotel for a week but are talking about hiring a car and spending a night over here to see us and the friends they have made vis us when they've been hee. |
