	The two sons of Lance Hart, who shot and killed his wife, daughter and himself outside a leisure centre in Spalding, have brought out a book describing the domestic lives they were subjected to by him. They say they have written it to highlight the abuse they all suffered and it will show how domestic abuse is not always physical and nor is it always sexual but , whether others notice it or not, it is very,very real. I do hope this brings domestic abuse further into the public eye.
