I was on sleeping tablets, was the worst thing I was prescribed!!!....changed
doctor and he helped me go down other routes as had other problems as well.

Best thing I ever did, now I don't even think about it, I just go to bobos and think
nothing of it...…

It's like having arthritis - exercise is good. As the saying goes, use it or lose it. I am a big believer in using it. :-D

That's good exercise Joy. :-D :-D :-D

We are really aware of it as my OH has a blockage in his leg. The way to ease the pain is to walk as much as possible. The specialist recommends that you walk a mile a day for 5 days. He walks a lot more. :-D

My sleep pattern is through the roof :-D :-D ;-) sleep on a washing line, at

one time could not sleep at all
