Problem with Lifeline

I have a lot of stuff on my Lifelines, but this morning it vanished. What happened was that, after doing some work on my tree, I switched the computer off - but just as I did that an on-screen message came up saying "Do not switch off your computer..." the usual thing when there are Updates in progress. So it was too late, and then I switched the computer back on - and all the information, including photos that I had on my Lifelines had vanished. |
