She needed some good news, says she's still floating this morning she's so shocked she won. Up against the revamping of East Midlands Airport and improvements to the M42. :-S I know but we aren't civil engineers :-D :-D :-D

Daughter designed and managed a project for Leicestershire County Council, a new road into an industrial site. She was asked to enter it into the Institute of Civil Engineers (East Midlands) team awards. Her second in command was also a woman who made sure the site was on time and the different specialists were there on time.

This is daughter's first complete project and the first she's had to write up for an award. She was frightened she may let the team down with her inexperience with the write up so was pleased just to be nominated. Look at this
