In his sermon at church this morning, the excitable priest tried his best to relax the ageing & diminishing congregation that, although death was the final winner, it should always be remembered that we are all leasehold tenants of this world.

One elderly lady who cannot lip-read & forgot her hearing aid was the most cheerful individual leaving that establishment. Luckily, she avoided the exiting stampede which was winding its way hurriedly towards the coffee & gossip bar.
