Well all wood is painted, lawn is done, did a bit of weeding but back is very sore

Just got home from taking grandson bowling at Rochester Kent

It was so warm when we got back to the car both of us were sweltering in our padded winter jackets so it was coats off sun glasses on and a 10 mile drive back home via the M2

Cat wanted out as soon as were indoors so I am sitting in the lounge with the door ajar .

Harold the tortoise is wandering around the patio and hopefully he will start to eat again soon.
He ignored the lettuce yesterday but if this weather keeps up he may decide he is a bit peckish

Memory - herself indoors says my short-term memory is putrid. But my long-term memory is acceptable.

Retired from a smallish London insurance company after 34 years service 1970-2004 (average employees at any one time was 80), I have managed to list 1,870 colleague names of those who I remembered working there in that establishment. Some, like myself, stuck to it for many years while others hung on for 5 or 6 years, for example.

In about 60% of the names, I have listed the year they started working with us & the Department they were allocated. :-D
