	good evening girls :-D :-D <3 <3 G,daughter is sadly becoming very dissallusioned with her nursing career at the moment. Her night shift last night, 7pm till 7-30am she never stopped and there were 35 patients on the ward waiting for beds. She is a very caring young lady and it upsets her when she can't do more for them. Her work mates all feel the same too. Jem <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
