Good to see you back on here PH, you are missed. Hopefully now you have kicked the morphine it will be onwards and upwards. I hope the stitches came out without too much trauma and that the scar is healing well. Don't worry about losing a stone (some of us could wish to do that although not the way you did), just think that you can eat what you fancy without worrtying about putting on the weight. |
