	:-D :-D :-D Fly! With me, I have skinny legs, arms, face, shoulders etc and big round the middle areas! :-0 Being tall makes the middle area eye level.... soooo not good! ;-) :-D :-D

	Well that was my problem. My really nice best clothes still won't go near me, and I was in danger of my newer ones bought for holidays (a bigger size) were not going to fit also! :-0 But they do now, but I want to get back down another half a stone when I get back. I can go up 3 dress sizes with an extra stone believe it or not! I'm tall but with a very short body! :-D :-D :-D

	I shall look it up Von I was a slimming consultant for 10 years, and now I know how hard it was for the ladies that were very slow losers. :-(

	I'm on a continual yo yo for the last 4 years. I used to be pretty good at keeping it in check (I lost 3 and a half stone years ago) but since I am not so mobile and older, it's never ending. I have lost 10 lbs since Christmas, but very slowly, even though I am being quite strict. Much more strict than I used to have to be. But it's only weight I regained after my last holiday. :-\|

	Jem - my son and dil are on the "saving Dad" diet and they have lost quite a bit of weight. The seem to eat a lot of healthy stuff :-D
