And here's OUR version ;-) :-D :-D

THE LIONS’ ROAR!
They’re gonna put us to the test
We’ve really got to play our best
Not gonna play quietly,
Not gonna play “politely”
We really haven’t got much choice
Must push ourselves to breaking point
We’ll stand for nothing
We’ll try out everything

They hold us down, but we get up (hey!)
Already brushing off the dust
They hear our voice, they hear that sound
Like Thunder, gonna shake their ground
They hold us down, but we get up
Get ready cos we’ve had enough
We see it all, we see it now .....

We’ve got the might of a lion, a fighter,
Dancing through the fire
CAUSE WE ARE THE LIONS .....

.....AND YOU’RE GONNA HEAR US ROAR
Louder, Louder than 1 lion

CAUSE WE ARE THE LIONS AND YOU’RE GONNA HEAR US ROAR !

Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh
Oh oh oh oh oh oh oh oh

RRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRR

Hiya Kandj <3

It's really really hot here!
We took them to Gnoll Estate Country Park in Neath this afternoon.
http://www.gnollestatecountrypark.co.uk/

We had a lovely time but we were very hot. It was 35 degrees on the car thermometer :-0

There's a big lake with loads of waterfowl there. The ducks were very tame and Ashton loved them :-D

Are you and hubby ok?

Will look forward to your company in the morning if you can make it :-)

CONTROVERSY AGAIN!

This time it's over Team Gatland's Call Ups.
He has Called-Up 4 Wales players to The Lions Squad to cover for injury.
They are Kristian Dacey, Cory Hill, Gareth Davies and Tomos Francis.

NOW THE PROBABLE REASONING FOR THIS DECISION....

*They were already in New Zealand with The Wales Tour.

*They would not have to fly in from a long distance and leave other Summer Tours leaving other teams in the lurch.

*They would not have the dreaded Jet Lag.

*Being Wales' Head Coach, he would also know these players well. How well they play, their style of play, how they would work within the existing team set up.

*The much less experienced Wales Team has played amazingly in New Zealand. They beat The Maori All Blacks last Tuesday- a team which included no less than 9 New Zealand All Blacks. Every one of these men played great (including Gareth Anscombe I may add, who was not called up)

* The new additions to the Lions Squad will enable Gatland to "PROTECT" his biggest players ready for the Test Games.

NOW FOR THE CONTROVERSY....
*Shouldn't they have been chosen solely on merit?

*There were better players left out.

* Getting the Lions Cap is a huge honour- The pinnacle of a Rugby Players relatively short career. This can only ever happen once every 4 years. So most players would only ever get 2, or at the very most 3, chances at it.

AND I CAN SEE THIS POINT!

HOWEVER.... AS THE SKY EXPERT PRESENTERS COMMENTED .....
...... IF THE LIONS BEAT THE ALL BLACKS ... IT WILL ALL BE FORGOTTEN ABOUT! ;-) :-D :-D

THE OTHER 2 LIONS CALL-UPS
(and Well Deserved in my opinion) .....

SCOTLAND's FINN RUSSELL (Fly Half) and ALAN DELL (Prop)
Scotland had a fantastic victory over the Australian Wallabies yesterday.

But whatever we think about the decision .... Warren Gatland and his team have decided on their players v CHIEFS on Tuesday .....

TEAM UP NEXT!

LATEST CALL UP NEWS

2 SCOTLAND PLAYERS CALLED UP ~ South African born Prop, ALAN DELL and Fly Half FINN RUSSELL.

These excellent players will take the Call Up numbers to six.
They will join the 4 Wales players that have been called up - Kristian Dacey, Cory Hill, Gareth Davies and Tomos Francis, who are already in New Zealand with the Wales Summer Tour.
