Pup had shower this afternoon. She needed a shower as the heat and a fur coat don't go together, She was a good girl so quick to do and she had a silly five minutes afterwards. She's now lying next to me gently snoring.

Super-Baby is coming along really well. He's 4 months now and very advanced for his age. He should be in his WRU welsh dragon outfit in time to be drafted in as his Auntie Fly's right hand baby and mascot protege ;-) :-D :-D

Glad Super babe is well. Our son was walking round the furniture at six and a half months old so beware of advanced babies, they can be a nightmare. He then decided to undo and climb out of his cot and saw everything as a challenge to climb. Locked doors became his next target and fences couldn't keep him in. Daughter sat on her bottom for months happy playing with toys, started walking at 13 months. I deserved her for having to watch son every second for his 1st 3 years.

All have been OK except OH's back, that's played up at times. Sorry some of yours not been too good. Hope all will be well now and you're as fit as possible. You have to be OK as you have a radio station to look after. ;-)

TODAY IS THE 50th ANNIVERSARY OF THE HORRIFIC TRAGEDY IN ABERFAN

Jem and the Rugby Gang would like to add their names to those remembering this heartbreaking event with great sadness.

We will remember the children and adults who lost their lives on that tragic day <3 <3 <3


We are also remembering the loved ones of the victims, who grieved, and still grieve <3 <3 <3

WE WILL REMEMBER

Remembering that heartbreaking day
Now 50 years have passed
The village children were taken away
Let's hope it'll be the last.
That lessons will be learned
From the grief, tears and pain
Tragedies like this
Must never happen again!

WALES <3 NEWS!

I am very pleased to announce that...
Wales Captain SAM WARBURTON and 3 other Wales Internationals have RE-SIGNED their NATIONAL DUAL CONTRACTS.


So, what is a National Dual Contract?

The Player is given a contract with both the WRU and the Welsh Regional Clubs.
The WRU funds 60% and The Regional Club funds 40%.
This is excellent, as it enables the player to remain playing for a Welsh Club while being available to play for their country.
It also means that the WRU has to respect the position of the clubs when a big game is scheduled.


When a player has been signed by a Non-Welsh Club, they are not always released to play for Wales.
This is why JAMIE ROBERTS, GEORGE NORTH, TAULUPE (Toby) FALETAU and LEIGH HALFPENNY are "wildcards", as these Wales veterans play for non-Wales clubs, and so may not be available.


By signing their new Dual Contracts today....
SAM WARBURTON will remain CAPTAIN for both WALES and CARDIFF BLUES.
Sam is a Flanker.

Also a Flanker, DAN LYDIATE will stay with the OSPREYS, while being in the Wales Squad for the Autumn Internationals.

SAMSON LEE stays as Tight-Head Prop for SCARLETS & WALES.

HALLAM AMOS has committed himself to The WRU and NEWPORT GWENT DRAGONS.
Hallam is a Winger who can also play in the Full-Back (15) position.

Morning Jen. Just had a peek at the schedule, to let OH know. We're sorely disappointed that England games are only on Sky :-|
Hopefully the highlights will be on BBC or some other terrestrial channel, but it's not the same.

You and me both, as OH's Sky Sports contract had come to an end, and he had decided not to renew.
I was lucky to be able to get Wales, and Scotland, but not England and Ireland.

However, OH changed his mind and has now renewed on a half price deal lol :-D

What worries me, is if Sky and BT fight it out and future championships etc get divided up between them!
Who is going to be mug enough to take out 2 subscriptions :-0 :-0 :-0
Not me anyway!
And paying on a by match basis is very expensive :-(
