I think most of the contestants listen with good grace Ann. Daisy is a lovely dancer, very graceful.

I wonder if Lesley was getting a bit weary. Who knows what happens behind the scenes.

Why did Louise go to Paris to practice under the Eiffel Tower? Any more than Greg went to Stratford. I know it is an entertainment programme but it is a bit excessive I think.

If there is to be a rival show on ITV, then we will be tearing our hair out!

:-D :-D :-D

I thought Daisy accepted being in the dance off with very good grace. It must have been a shock with how good she is but she didn't show it.

I felt Lesley hadn't listened when the judges had told her about keeping her shoulders down and leaning back to get the 'vase' effect. I think she was superb and has such stamina and was better than some, but would have looked much better with that better posture.

I see ITV have announced the launch of their rival show Dance Dance Dance in 2017 :-\

My head aches with it all!

There is always a Roland around when there is a situation on the show

Laura Gate and the Roland affair - if you cant get rid of the one you want to chuck in a Roland & a guaranteed get out card - Throw together a dancer and one who tries hard - no contest in the dance off. - guaranteed no work for the judges - no pint in a dance off..

This needed either 2 who try hard but not trained dancers to dance together to give each a chance or 2 who can dance and give the judges something to do and argue about.

After all the grumbling in the papers its a surprise anybody is still in the show.

should have been Ed and Greg in the dance off - it's John Sergeant and Ann Widdecombe all over again with Ed, he's hopeless

MotownGal Report 23 Oct 2016 20:02

Hmmmmmmm. I stand by my picks, but obviously I was wrong.

I smell a Roland somewhere. There is no way Daisy should have been in the dance off. But that is how they do it, one middling couple and one good, then there is no contest. I think Lesley was a real trouper, and there were some worse than her.

However, my least favourite is still in, and I shall grind my teeth next week, while he dances.

:-P :-P :-P

Ed and Lesley for me this week.

I think we have a very strange series this year. All the general rules have gone out of the window. We are having people being put through even though they cannot compete.

We have had one contestant walk out.

One of the professional dancers is really quite unwell. And quite rightly, is unable to dance.

Lastly we all know that Len is leaving.

Quite a melting pot!

I think Anton will be in the dance off, not sure who else, could be Ed but the public love to see politicians make idiots of themselves, and also maybe like me they admire how hard he is trying.

Not happy - now we ave Laura gate she should not get an automatic push into Halloween week its not fair on the others.

They should not have a get out this week as already lost Will.

I know who i would kick off "Little Miss Perfect" but she wont go as the judges like something surgery & simple to look at.

I think its going to be lovely Anton this week if only for the stupid clothing he had on- awful wardrobe this week. Lesley looked worn out too.

If they do then I will switch to Greg & Ed - at least they do try hard and always on the side of the underdog - still think Ore is the one to win.

Great minds, Ann.

Don't anyone add the obvious.

I'm with you - should be Greg and Ed

MotownGal

MotownGal Report 22 Oct 2016 20:31

Well Dan the Man was his usual gorgeous self! Wheeeee!

I am still trying to understand why Kevin and Louise are practically always the first to walk down the stairs, when the show begins. Therefore they are in prime position in the middle of the stage, and your eye goes to them!!!! Kidology? And as for that stupid kick!

Now as Mystic Motown, I tend to think it will be Greg and Ed in the dance off this week.

(don't hold me to it though!)

Well, far better that he rests and recovers from the infection. And, if Anastacia goes out, it won't be Brendans fault and she can say it was because of the change of partner!!!! :-D

MotownGal

MotownGal Report 22 Oct 2016 14:35

It has been confirmed that Brendan will not be dancing this week. Gorka is dancing with Anastacia.

Don't know who will be leaving this week, but whoever it is, it will upset someone!!

He had to correct them!

Yet again I'm thinking of kicking it into touch. It doesn't compare with last year's show.

I'm with you Maddie, not so enjoyable as yet for me.
