Oh dear it had to surface - everything else has

Wherever you look - everyone seems to be saying the wrong 2 were in the dance off - well it is down to the viewers -

Lets just face it the public like you even if you are a bad dancer they will keep you in for the entertainment value - if the public wanted to watch a classic dancing program they wouldn't watch Strictly.

You have to have a bit of both - however this week everyone uped their game and the least popular entertainers went in the dance off. Have to admit i didn't like either routine. I didn't like the flashdance one so wouldn't vote for them last week either.

I used my 3 votes wisely - actually i think I voted for the same 3 as last week, 2 of them were favorites but they did have a good routine too.

Seeing as the outcome last week involving Anastasia was controversial and it was decided on the Viewers Vote. Is there anywhere that the actual amount of votes are published?

Over coffee this morning, my old pal and I had a good discussion about the show - which she loves while I can take it or leave it. However, we agreed that Dan/Danny was the best.

Not nearly as good as last year's winner though! (I hope she doesn't read this cos I'll be in doggy doo-doos.) :-S

She thinks most of this year's dancers are fairly good while I think the majority are too heavy-footed to be good dancers.

We agreed to disagree ....after more than 40 years we still rub along OK. :-D

I have not watched much of this series- I find the presenters and the "screaming" more irritating than ever !!

Do you think that in the past the "celebs" had a more gradual build up ? - now it seems "full on" from the start and there is more pressure and injuries {so far minor}

Apparently everyone on the show is DEVASTATED.

They are all 'tweeting' their support for him.

I suspect it will all come out in the wash!

There will still be a dance off this week as per normal, so we will still be discussing it all.

They sure like to keep us hanging.

Gutted Will has gone - he was a favorite - who can i give my 3rd vote to now

Such a shame but he was a bag of nerves from the first show when he was given his partner.

Dont think the row with Len did much to help when he told him to just turn up & shut up.

Too much to-ing and fro-ing in the papers about why Will left. I don't know if we know exactly what the reason is/was.

However, onwards and upwards!

Looking forward to tomorrow, but to be honest, I will be pleased when a few more get knocked out. I seems to be sitting there for hours.

I get a numb bum.

Did you see Lesley Joseph say last night that her mother was playing tennis at age 96!!!!!! :-0

Well that was a show and a half!

Don't know why the judges told Laura that she deserved to be there, after the dance off. If she was put through, then she went through. That was last week, now it is this week.

I have to admire Lesley, what a trouper! Filming all day, and then rehearsing. By golly she is some gal.

Ore, what a fabulous dancer. I definitely think the tears are genuine. Second week he has come over all emotional.

Final two in the dance off for me this week. Anastacia and Naga.

I don't think Naga's Charleston was half as good as Lesley's. There was very little content to it.

Getting back to Ben Fogle, Joy. I understood it to mean that he would like to be considered in the future, to take part. Maybe I got it wrong. But I don't see how they can bring someone new in now.

Got to give it to Ed, he is a trier.

As far as Ben F is concerned, I have a feeling he'd like to be on the show. His self-deprecating answer was, perhaps, a jovial ruse to hide his eagerness to take part and a great way of planting the idea in someone's mind. It would not surprise me to see him in a future series.

But that's for another year.


D was the best last night, very light on his feet, shades of Jay.

O was good too but didn't get his feet off the ground so much.

I usually watch the feet - there were a few misplacements and still heavy feet. It's a matter of shifting your centre of gravity, some have a handle on it, some don't.

I wasn't going to watch again but I wanted to see how LJ did and I enjoyed her performance. What a trouper she is!

Barring any stupid results, I'll be there at the end now. :-D :-D :-D
