	Just arrived back from Newcastle city centre and there has been a huge fire in one of the shops and the flames were gushing through the roof but the fire brigade seem to have it under control now. The roads in the vicinity were cordoned off but the place where we normally lunch was ok even though the fire was only about 300 metres away. the shop was called the Kard Bar and was recently banned for selling "Legal Highs" - read between the lines. For lunch I had a full rack of BBQ spare ribs with chips and coleslaw and my pal had his usual sirloin steak and both meals were delicious. mmmmm!!! GP

	Emma - It has just been on the local news that they are not sure if anyone was in the accommodation above the shop at the present moment. There is quite a lot of student accommodation in the area. GP

	Evening Fly and Emma <3 Emma, Emma, Emma, I am greeeeen. However, I've just been up to have a coffee with my daughter and seen her tree. She's so much more artistic than I am and it's gorgeous. Even the young 'un has a small tree in his room. He decorated it himself last night and has done a super job of it. I'll have to rein in my desires until weekend, I think. By then he may have picked himself up and will have stopped screaming and kicking. ;-) Has anyone started to follow Santa online yet or is it too soon? The kids love it. <3

	Joy, do not let him off at the weekend. My OH had a strop opening the box the tree was in :-0 so I got grand daughter to help, once a year for goodness sake, Nae pressies for him ;-) ;-) Too early to follow Santa for me, and I ain't happy that Rudolph is the only reindeer that gets a carrot, favouritism is what it is. :-(
