I am well, AnninGlos, thank you.

Had dreadful sciatica from foot to back so was laid up feeling miserable for a while and could not be bothered with anything.

Once better, I did a bit more voluntary work to make up for what I missed; then spent more time with grandchildren before going off for a couple of holidays, firstly to Essex and Suffolk then secondly to Lancashire and Chester.

Now I'm up and running again and it's nice to renew acquaintances.

I think you are still politically correct if you're talking about flies, Ann :-D :-D ;-) ;-)

Hi GiN, I hate thunderflies. what we have here is a mass of black fly on our beans. Although I ahven't been outside in the past couple of hours so anything could be swarming (am I allowed to say that?) out there.

Afternoon all, not been amongst you smilers for a while, pleased to see you are still going strong. Just seen AnnC's comment about flying ants, strange my sister has just said she was driven in from sitting in the garden by flying ants so not just local to you Ann. Also saw you were feeling odd, have you recovered now. I have vivid dreams sometimes, I blame one of my medications, not sure which. Although eating cheese in the evening doesn't help either, or overheating in bed.
