In my corner of Kent it is cloudy but dry at the moment :-) and the forecast is foe persistent rain :-( heavy at times :-( during the morning :-( accompanied by strong blustery winds :-( but through this afternoon it will brighten up :-) albeit there will be the odd shower at times :-( and as the temperature will only be about 16C :-( it will feel much cooler than it was yesterday :-(

So wherever you are and whatever you will be doing today ;-) take care, smile, and enjoy yourself :-) :-) :-)

He was a decorative artist, presumably a scene painter for the theatre, according to his marriage and death certificates
