Well folks <3 it's time for me to log off <3 as I need to go and put my drops in and rest my eyes ;-) after I've done that ;-) I'll have something to eat ;-) then watch what's on the box until it's time for my bed ;-)

Fly <3 fingers crossed he will be more at ease with them and that may not make a huge difference to your routine but it should make life a lot less stressful for you and your OH and of course your Dad <3

Fly <3 that's good :-) carers need to realise that older vulnerable people may need help with many things and in providing assistance the person needing help must also have their dignity respected as not respecting that causes a lot of stress and pain for them which in turn affects their well being :-)

OneFoot these carers are the ones who have been putting him to bed :-) today they have done things different :-) they had no idea he was able to stand :-D you have to keep holding him but he can do it <3 so they did not use the hoist and he did not get stressed :-D
