Just looking out the window and there is a beautiful sunset out there. The clouds are pink and fluffy, and the sun in glinting on the side of the buildings.

Makes you feel good to be alive.

Hello Emma, I am ok thanks.

I have a right rotter of a cold, but had to go out to get some grub today, and I had the journey from hell.

Sat next to a lady who took up half of my seat, and then disrobed, elbows going everywhere.

Two pushchairs on the bus, and about 3 shopping trolleys, all jockeying for space.

Umpteen people screaming into their phones, and me head was banging.

But...............apart from all that...............wonderful thanks.
