Poor you, perhaps you do need the hot water bottle from Prickles. Wish I had an idea that would help but I'm stuck. A sweet hot drink, a shot of whisky/brandy or a chocolate bar or perhaps a gooey pudding, all should give you heat :-)

Perhaps not. I'll just send a cuddle that may help :-D

The other person singing that in A Connecticut Yankee in the Court of King Arthur was Sir Cedric Hardwicke who played the king. Sir Cedric was the father of Edward Hardwicke who played Watson to Jeremy Brett's Holmes.

I have a blanket over my legs but I am warm. Dizzi I get like that when I'm very tired it's as though my body shuts down. Maybe you should have an early night as you have had trouble sleeping recently. :-(

Good evening playmates.

Workin' the whole day through
Tryin' to find lots of things not to do
Busy goin' nowhere
Isn't it just a crime
I'd like to be unhappy, but

When you've been here awhile winter feels very cold. We're all in jackets and huddled by fires.

It was only 2 C one night last week and that's a drop of over 35 C on August temperatures,

'Emma'

'Emma' Report 27 Jan 2015 19:39

PatinCyprus

PatinCyprus Report 27 Jan 2015 19:34

It managed 18 C but there was plenty of cloud. It is supposed to get colder later in the week. The next few weeks are usually our coldest, then we should start to warm up. :-D
