Sorry, trying to do 2 things at once - 3 actually. Write a birthday card, take a phone call and type that message before I went to do some ironing - should do 1 at a time so totally my fault as didn't take in it was Dottie. I'll go and sit on the naughty step until it's time for lunch ;-)

Cold night here with a northerly wind so taking time to warm up . It's nearly 10 am and only 12 C. I know it seems warm to you at your temperatures but to us it's cold.

Poor you, I know what it's like. I had sleep apnoea and ended up at a sleep clinic. It's not nice that zombie feeling all day :-(

Try cat naps - sort of worked for me.

Warming up quickly now it's 15 C.

Icy cold drizzle here in South West Wales today.

Pat, I just looked up your sleep apnea :-(. Not a pleasant thing to suffer from. You must feel tired a lot.

I don't sleep very well either. Frequent trips to the loo (which may be just because I have woken up) and sometimes sleeplessness all night. Very tired in the day then though!

We will have to start a Wide Awake Club :-D :-D :-D :-D

I did put 'had sleep apnoea' as I don't have it now, I got it sorted last year. I did however have many years of sleep problems so I know how you feel. I believed it was all related to the menopause, but as I found out, we women always blame that when we have problems at a certain age. :-(
