Though I am Queen of the Leftovers :-D ;-)

Pork is not as versatile as poultry - I tend to make stir fry or sweet and sour pork. I also mince some up, mix with sausage meat and onions, to make meatballs or meat loaf :-) :-) :-)

Barbs <3 last night I slept as usual from 9:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. and my medications make sure that I am dead to the world around me during those hours - what fireworks I did not hear or see any :-D

I am researching the Wotherspoon family from the Old/New Monkland areas of Scotland, some moved to the Leslie and Kelty areas of Fife and I'm having problems linking the Wotherspoon's from Leslie and the Wotherspoon's from Kelty. I am also researching the Clusker family from Co. Meath in Ireland who moved to West Lothian and from there to Fife............"Vita non est vivere sed valere vita est"
