I rang jobsworth at council re my missing wheelie....well when did it go missing :-0
They must think I stand at my window all night looking for wheelie bin swipers :-0

It could be stuck in the mechanism on the lorry and they would have had to let it go, did they leave you a note :-0 :-0

Very nice lady says she is going to send me a new one :-D :-D
