I have had a really stressful time today with BT.

Rang them to cancel my land line, but wanted to keep Infinity as I can use it almost everywhere.

BT: in a strong Indian voice. You want to end your phone and internet.?
Me: No, just land line.
BT: But internet is through your land line.
Me: I want to keep internet service so that I can use your hot spots.
BT: No cannot do.

after about 10 minutes of arguing I slammed the phone down :-| :-| :-| :-| :-P
