	My neighbour had one of her eyes done yesterday as she couldn't see and needed to be put under because of pressure behind her eyes(not lens) she goes back in 6 weeks to get the other one done. Asked how she was today and is over the moon as she can see perfectly with the eye that's just been done :-D

	That's great, Emma - it really is a wonderful feeling to see so well again. I find I still automatically reach for my specs in the morning! :-D :-D :-D

	I can't imagine losing my sight, I felt so sorry for her cause she loves to read. :-)

	That happened to my Dad, Emma. He had haemorrages behind his eyes, and nothing could be done. He really missed his books and newspapers, so had to rely on talking books. I think eyesight is the worst if the senses to lose :-(

	We've had some really heavy showers - you can tell it's a Bank Holiday :-\| :-D ;-) Though I don't think it is in Scotland :-) :-)
