Once I saw the kids off and had a shower I rang the department that deals with blocked cards...my branch gave me the number. I have made a formal complaint and have requested their feedback via a telephone call, and they unblocked my card.

I understand the concept of them checking payments that are not your usual purchases..it's a good thing...but after asking all usual security questions..they the ask things like...did you spend so and so at Asda on the 12th July etc :-0 :-0

It's ludicrous...i can't remember what I did yesterday :-D :-D

Slammed the phone down and called home saying to look in office drawer for direct number to my local branch....as I would not be able to bring car home. Rang branch and I know all the staff there as it's only small explained the prob....she confirmed the call centre had blocked my card...however they sent payment down to garage direct, by this time I was a wreck and had to drive home.

Got home at 3.40 from 1pm appointment...no Steve no kids...five mins later they turn up OH had thought I was driving to school from garage to pick Alfie up so never bothered till the school rang to see where we were :-0 :-0

Granddaughter was crying cause she put her foot in her mouth and had pulled the side of her toenail off :-0 :-0

Well gives Darlinks her lunch and darts down to dealers to pick up my car leaving Darlinks with her grandad.

It's bleedy hot in there and she is going through the paperwork etc....then car inspection and a bit of info re the workings to get home safely..took about 1 hour.

Right said she just payment now....Christopher deals with that...well to cut a long story short...can I just say call centres in India for Barclays Bank.....he was raising his voice to me and being very aggressive....I was shouting all over the car showroom telling him to stop shouting at me ....I could not understand him...and he kept asking me security questions I answered correctly that he could not understand my answers...like he disagreed with where I was born..not what he had :-0

Honda manager got through to a uk security checkers went through all the bloody questions again...and I could not quite remember the exact payment foR A DD although I had answered all personal correct...by this time I was fuming. Right said the uk man I am putting a marker on your card and you will have to contact the fraud department :-0
