	Yesterday was trying to organise insurance for my new car and a VW which I wanted to add Daur / son in law on as it is bigger than their Mariva. When talking to SIL last night he asked was it excessive cost because he had a small bump 3 years ago....they didn't ask the question says I. So I rang insurance up and spoke to same guy....telling him about the bump and that he did not ask the question....well there was trouble at mill then..words like false declaration etc etc :-0 Will have to get my manager and this will incur extra cost because of the bump etc...sooooooo I wanted the tapes played back re our conversation and so did the manager"......had to wait forever......NO he did not ask the question had he had any claims along with another 3 questions he forgot to ask also....I was in a lather trying to cope with little one and sorting this out....nearly 3 hours on off the phone. Are you ready for round 2?
