David has been in contact with his son who evidently has cancelled his subscriptions to Ancestry and here.
From what I have been told George had another stroke which has more or less left him in a really bad way :-( :-(

whys that Sammi, is he still with his son, whats happened :-0

I'll be off to my lovely niece's wedding tomorrow. It is giving torrential rain however :-( :-(

Forgot we also have an infant school :-D no village hall they use the church or the new community hall at the school :-D :-D

Our part of the village is the conservation part - built around a farm, and we look out over a paddock full of animals - sometimes cows, or horses, or sheep. Another part of the village is where all the new builds are - they wouldn't allow any new builds where we live.

Why am I moaning? - I want to think myself damn lucky! :-D :-D :-D :-D ;-)


Must go and make the Grandkids tea - laters! :-D :-D ;-) ;-)

GiN our pub have darts and dominos i think and sandwiches :-D

We dont go in we are not into wife swapping ;-)

It used to be a small farming village Emma with about 12 farms i think there is only 3 left now.

A lot retire here build there own homes and walk round with their nose in the air :-0

Fly - we have a church and a pub which doesn't do food :-( - but is fine if you like darts and pool ;-)

The village hall is the hub of the community, but is crumbling. The committee is big on raising funds and grants for a new one, but it's a long way off! :-( :-( :-D ;-)

Goodness Fly, must be a very small village :-0

Emma we only have 1 pub a post office and a church ;-)

I can see the problem with no bus service GiN, too
