At least they didn't manage to take anything :-) Does scare you, though. We don't have many burglaries in our village, and there's a good neighbourhood watch system. No serious ones for a few years, now. :-D

Bit to close to home :-0 They were away on holiday and their son who was popping round each day knocked to ask whether we had heard the alarm go off :-0 We hadn't but it looks like they managed to break the double glazed doors, the alarm went off and then they scarpered.....not taking anything :-0 It's unusual for us not to hear their alarm going off though :-S :-S

That's awful, Belle! :-0 Makes you feel lucky, doesn't it. When we lived up in Stockton, we were one of the only ones on the estate who had never been burgled - maybe cos we didn't have anything worth pinching back in those days ;-) ;-) :-D :-D

Hopefully, the buses are held help just round the corner ;-) :-D :-D

People directly across the road got burgled last night :-0
