Jenny the physio came late this morning and boy did she put me through some strenuous exercises.
Afterwards my knee was absolutely throbbing and shaking and I honestly think it's the best knee trembler I've had for years. :-D :-D :-D :-D ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-)

I've been lying on the lounger in the garden soaking up the sun this afternoon and I now need someone with soft sensuous hands to apply cream to my aching leg. :-D ;-)

Started off with the heating on this morning, it's so cold in here unless the sun comes through the window. Realised it was warmer outside so I've been gardening and washing. Cardi off, was happy with short sleeve top then progressed to strappy top - the weather has been wonderful today :-D

Why is there always someone, somewhere ready to tell me that – no matter what bargain I got in the shops – I could have purchased the identical item or even one of higher quality much cheaper elsewhere?
