Hi Ann :-D :-D <3 <3 The legroom on our flights, South African Airways, was pretty good, but the seats were a bit hard. I do envy people who can sleep on planes - I need to put my feet up! To upgrade to business class would have cost nearly £3000 each! I really don't know how they can justify the cost - didn't look particularly luxurious :-D :-D

Emma - I feel ready for a restful holiday right now! :-D :-D ;-) ;-)

'Emma' Report 10 Apr 2014 16:50

I felt like that myself when we went on holiday,
was glad to get home for a rest.
My daughter and her family are having the first
restful holiday in Dom Republic, no sight seeing
and travelling all over the place.

Hope you have a good rest tonight and you are bright eyed and
bushy tailed for tomorrow <3 <3

Welcome home GiN lots of holiday memories and photos for you. The older I get the more uncomfortable those seats get. Not done a long haul flight but Monarch especially to Tenerife have the most uncomfortable, squashed, short of spaced seats ever. When we travelled last year we could not even get the tray to lie down flat there just was not room. so this year we have opted for a longer rout, flying Heathrow via Madrid by Iberia/BA, economy seats are still cramped but not as bad as Monarch. (and we overheard the stewardess say to one tall man who complained. 'some of our sircraft are even more cramped'. nice :-( that is guaranteed to increase custom!
