Hellooooooo to you all :-D :-D :-D <3

Bit of a dull old day here and patchy rain.

Met a little man who is going to hot wash my gutters and facias.
I hope it wont be too painful :-S :-0 :-D

Well, I'll say goodbye for now - I'm off for a bath and a hairwash.

Love to everybody I've missed <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3 <3

I did see what I thought might be a Dung Beetle, but, sadly, it was dead! Probably through lack of dung, as there were no elephants in the vacinity - it was at the border post in Swaziland, and I don't think elephants have passports! :-D :-D ;-) ;-)

Mersey

Mersey Report 3 Apr 2014 16:03

Maybe both!!!! Pmsl :-D :-D ;-)

GinN Report 3 Apr 2014 16:00

I've just looked at last night's thread, and I see that Dung Beetles are still a hot topic! I'd love to say that I've seen one in action, but sadly, no :-( :-( , though I've certainly seen tons of dung. I nearly bought a t-shirt with a dung beetle on it, but when I went back to the shop, it was closed, and we had to move on. Maybe I'll spot one in Cape town ( a t-shirt, not a beetle! ).

GinN Report 3 Apr 2014 15:48

Well, Mersey - tomorrow, we go on a visit to a nature reserve, with lunch included (groan!). Saturday, we leave Knysna to go to Oudtshoorn, with a visit to a tansport museum, a ride on a mountain railway, and a visit to an ostrich farm with lunch included (wonder what will be on the menu ;-) ) enroute! We then go to Cape Town for the rest of the holiday, where we'll go up Table Mountain, visit Robben Island, and go to see the penguins on Boulder Beach.
By that time I will not only be fat, I'll be worn out as well! :-D :-D :-D ;-) ;-)

Hi Mersey :-D :-D <3 <3

Hmmm.........I suppose you're right! :-D :-D ;-) ;-) And I need to get home for my waistline's sake - straight back on that diet, and no messing ;-) ;-)
A week from now I'll be home again - it seems like I've been away months instead of a week and a half :-D :-D :-D

Afternoon everybody :-D :-D :-D :-D <3 <3 <3 <3

Calling you from a rainy South Africa! Though it was a nice day until an hour ago. We've been on a boat trip on the lagoon with a very nice lunch included. The food in tis country is fantastic, and, like the drinks, very cheap. So you can imagine what all this has done to my diet! :-0 :-0 Good thing that the dress I got for the wedding is stretchy :-D :-D :-D
Did a bit of retail therapy this morning, in the jewelry shops - things are about half the price of back home.
Actually, I don't think I'll come back home........... :-D ;-) ;-)

Someone told me I could have my face amputated.

Not such a bad idea perhaps - or is it the trick mirror I use when shaving?
