Nite nite...ooo l had better have a better nights sleep than last l can tell you. Had me hair cut today so that should something out...lol
Reading a book called "The Gentle Barn" by Ellie Laks....very very good, but a tear jerker, its all about animals...:)

Just been watching breakfast news bbc 1......and they say that too much puter screen watching before bed is contributing to people having less sleep. The screen (its light) wakes you up.....so what do you all do::::::::::

1) check your emails etc before you go to sleep.

2) turn puter off about an hr(or more) before going to sleep

??

MaryAnna.....well l hardly slept at all whilst away and no PC/Laptop either, but l did drink ordinary tea all week instead of my usual decaf!!....

We are fine now by the way re the floods, hows things with you. Hope all the damage repaired now?
