How do you get on with your scooter Emma, I think in a couple of years G will want one.
The lightweight w/chair I bought is his starter pack LOL ;-) :-D

I love my scooter Barbs because I am in control,
if the weather is good OH takes it apart to put in
the car boot and of we go to the beach, park etc.
Dog loves walking along side me, thinks he is
guarding me :-D :-D

G will love it... :-)

I love speaking to my new friends on here, and really miss it when I'm away - that's why I try to find WiFi when I can :-D :-D

I think mobility scooters are great, and they bring much needed independence, though they drive me nuts in the supermarkets! :-D :-D :-D

I'm very good in the supermarkets GiN cause you don't
get much room for manoeuvre and am often invisible
to other shoppers :-D :-D

I think there should be some sort of proficiency test for handling them - some people can be downright dangerous in charge of them :-) :-) :-)

One of my pet hates was when someone with a trolley
would drive it into the back of my heels/legs.

Always asked them if there was not enough floor space for them :-| :-(

When we went shopping in France a few years ago, a mad French woman kept driving her trolley into us Brits, particularly in the booze aisles, and nearly crippled my OH! She had nothing in her trolley, it was just for badness! :-| :-| :-|
