Good morning Mersey and hello to everyone popping in today. I have been AWOL for a few days we have been helping my sister and BIL move from the pub after twelve years, it will be the end of an era, but time for them to move on. BIL has two more sessions of chemotherapy and things are looking good.

I am going to keep-fit later, after all the work of the last few days it will seem like a treat. Out for dinner this evening with my lovely OH.
